I am thinking we will have to get a book on local bugs for Georgia!

bugs!
Yesterday morning as we were hauling all of our bags out of the motel room getting ready to leave Ft Leonard Wood in the humidity that was literally sitting in the air causing us all to sweat just sitting there West discovered this crazy looking bug on the top of the wheel of the Rooster's truck. Having never seen this bug before West and I discussed what it could possibly be! We thought maybe a grasshopper at first but decided it's wings were too big and it's body was too small. We never did decide on what it could be! Check it out and see what you think...

Had your father take a look and had to admit he'd never seen a bug quite like that before either. He said it looked like a cross between a grasshopper and a locust. Something about the head of one and the wings of the other. Who knows. M
